So you've just received another awesome review and you'd like to say "Thank You!"
- Log into your experience.com account
- From your Dashboard, click on the Reviews/Replies tab
- Scroll to the review that you would like to reply to
- Click Reply
- Type your message
- Click Submit
Please note that your replies will only show on your experience.com public-facing profile. However, any replies to Google Imported Reviews will post to Google My Business pages.
Please also note that if you do not see the reply button, your review either does not meet the reply-to reviews threshold or the option has been disabled by the company admin. In this case, we recommend that you reach out to your company admin for more information.
