Have you received an unfavorable review that you believe is abusive and against experience.com policy?
You have the ability to report/flag the review as such. Once the review is reported/flagged, it will be temporarily removed from your profile while our experience.com team conducts an investigation to determine if the review is in fact abusive/against experience.com policy. Please allow up to 5 days for the investigation process to complete. Once a determination has been made, our SocialSurvey team will reach out to you via email.
To report/flag a review:
- Login to your experience.com account
- Click on the Reviews/Replies tab
- Navigate to the review that you would like to report
- Click on the flag icon
- Enter the reason the review is abusive should be removed
- Click Report
Please note that experience.com strives to publish the true voice of the customer and as a result, our default position is that we will not prevent, censor, edit, or delete reviews by customers unless the review is determined to be abusive.
