Your end-user received a great review on SocialSurvey. Now what? With this new feature, the user or an Admin can thank the customer by writing a public reply to the review right on SocialSurvey. It is insanely easy. Just log in to the SocialSurvey account, visit the Reviews tab in your dashboard, hit the “Reply” button under any review and type your response! It is that simple.
The response will appear below the review on the public facing SocialSurvey profile page and the customer will get an email notification with the reply and a link to view it on the public facing website.
The same responses will also be included in the widget so all these communications will be available in all the places where your company is displaying reviews.
If you are a Company admin, you can control which users are able to reply to reviews and also the minimum rating of a review to qualify for a user to be able to post a reply. For Company admins, you will always be allowed to post replies to SocialSurvey reviews.
