We all lead busy lives and sometimes your clients just may need a friendly reminder to complete the survey (or maybe it's been buried somewhere in their inbox). Read below to find out how to send them a little nudge!
Your Incomplete Surveys Tab houses all of the transactions that have been sent to your clients but have not yet been completed.
You do have the ability to send Incomplete Survey Reminder emails for these transactions! However, please note that your company admin may have set limitations regarding the max number of reminders that can be sent and how often reminders can be sent. If you have any questions regarding your company settings, please reach out and we'd be happy to provide that information.
Step one: Log in to your experience.com account
Step two: Click on your Incomplete Surveys Tab
Step three: Check the box next to the customer that you would like to send a reminder to
Step four: Scroll to the bottom of the page + click the orange envelope icon
That's it! Once the survey reminder is sent, you will see that the reminder count has increased
