Depending on Company settings a reminder email is sent automatically after the first initial survey invite after a certain amount of days and then also a certain number of times automatically.
However depending on settings of the company, after the automatic reminder has been sent you may still have ability to manually send reminders.
Step 1 Navigate to your Dashboard
Step 2 Check the box of the emails you would like to have resent
Step 3 Select the mail envelope to send the reminder
