All reviews will auto post to your SocialSurvey profile but sometimes they wont make it to your social connections. Their are 3 requirements for Social Sharing.

- Great Gateway
- Star rating
These 3 requirements should be checked when investigating why a review isn't displayed on your social media.
AGREED TO SHARE
This means that a customer is asked at the end of each survey would they like to have their review shared on social media. You may view whether a customer agreed to share in your survey results report.
Your survey results report is located in "Dashboard Tab" and then reporting. You may review our support article survey results reports for more details.
Once you download your survey results report reference column "U" to view whether your customer agreed to share. View this screenshot below for reference also.
Reviews will auto post to social media when they are considered under the "Happy Workflow". This means that when customer elect that there experience was great the review will auto post to their social connections if they have agreed to share.
Each user has the ability to customize their own threshold for which star rating they would like to post to social media. SocialSurvey has a default setting of any reviews rated 3.5 or above will auto post to social media. You may customize this setting to a rating of your choosing.
To update you social posting threshold
Step 1 Navigate to Configure and then settings in your SocialSurvey profile.
Step 2 Select the drop down in the Minimum score to post on social networks and change the threshold to your choosing.
Step 3 Make sure you have the box checked for allow user to autopost
Step 4 Click outside of the box and your updates will be saved.
