This section allows for the user to view all incomplete reviews for the account as well as the ability to manually send reminders to their customers to complete the review.
SocialSurvey will send a reminder email to your customer automatically after the initial request to take the survey.
- From the Dashboard select the ‘Incomplete Surveys’ tab

In the incomplete Survey section, we will show your customers first and last name as well as the email address on file. We will also show a reminder count of how many reminder requests have been sent to the customer.
Resend Incomplete Survey
- Select the check box beside the incomplete survey and either click the gray envelope icon to resend the survey request.
Remove Incomplete Survey
- To remove the incomplete survey, select the trash icon this action will remove the survey from the incomplete section. Please note that if a customer selects ‘Take Survey’ on a previous request to take the survey the customer will view a black screen and cannot take the survey.
