Resend a survey is can be used to resolve client error in a review or as a resolution for a unhappy client. In cases that a client may not happy fully understood or accidentally selected the wrong rating is a great instance to have a survey resent. You may use survey resend to potential fix a negative review from a client, after discussion and explanation a client may be willing to potentially retake a survey to render a better review for you.
Here is how to resend a survey:
Step 1. Log into you SocialSurvey Account
Step 2. Navigate to Reviews from your "Dashboard"
Step 3. Scroll to your Review
Step 4. Click the "resend" icon in the bottom right-hand corner
Step 5. Select to have the Survey resent
