“Resend” a survey can be used to resolve client error in a review or as a resolution for an unhappy client. In some cases, a client may just not be happy or they misunderstood, they could have also accidentally selected the wrong rating. These are great instances to have a survey resent to your client. You may use the survey “re-send” to potential fix a negative review from a client. We find that after a brief discussion and explanation clients may be willing to potentially retake a survey to render a better review for you.
HOW TO RESEND
Step 1. Log into you SocialSurvey Account
Step 2. Navigate to Reviews from your "Dashboard"
Step 3. Scroll to your Review
Step 4. Click the "resend" icon in the bottom right-hand corner
Step 5. Select to have the Survey resent
