SocialSurvey Admins have the ability to manage profiles on behalf of a Region or Branch as well as all users associated to the specific Branch or Region.
From the Dashboard 'View As': allows the Admin to control SocialSurvey on behalf of designated role. For instance View As: 'Myself' means the user has a public facing profile page in SocialSurvey; this is the default in the system. An Admin can change their view to a specific Region or Office from this section also.
Admin Level Access includes:
- Manage Team view
- Ability to Configure Settings for the Branch or Region
- 'Edit Profile' access for Branch or Region
- Reporting specific to all users assigned to the specific Branch or Region
