Before we begin, please note the following:
- experience.com can only connect to your Facebook Business Page
- experience.com can only auto-post to the wall of your Facebook Business Page
- If a review is not received and either auto-posted or manually shared to Facebook at least once every 60 days, it is possible that your Facebook token will expire and you will be asked to reconnect.
To enable this connection, just follow the steps below:
- Open a new browser window and log in to Facebook (Note: To connect your Social Survey profile to your Facebook Business page, you must be logged in to your personal Facebook page prior to authorizing the connection)
- Login to your experience.com account
- Click on the Configure Tab and select "Settings"
- Scroll to the bottom of the page
- Click on the "Connect to Facebook" Button
- You will receive a prompt to confirm user Authentication, click OK in the Confirm User Authentication window.
- Please note you must first connect your personal page and then it will prompt you to connect your business page
You will receive another prompt to designate your survey posting workflow: to post your completed survey results to your Facebook business page, select your Business page
- Click Save
- You're all set!
