All professionals with a SocialSurvey account have the option to integrate point-of-sale surveys to reflect a true customer experience. By integrating their point-of-sale system, professionals are able to automatically invite customers to take a survey when a transaction completes.
Point-of-sale system integrated reviews and ratings reflect the experience of all that professionals customers, not just those they hand pick, resulting in a true portrayal of their quality.
If a customer completes a survey from an invitation email, their review is marked "Verified Customer" to indicate that this is a real customer experience and no filters or bias have been applied.
Surveys that come in organically from your public page and those that you send manually are not eligible for verified customer stamp, however they will be labeled SocialSurvey stamp.
Only transactional point-of-sale integrated surveys are eligible to have the new verified customer badge displayed on their review. This means that survey that sent directly from the LOS will receive the Verified Customer Badge.
